Medical Interpreters Dispatch

These volunteers are medical interpreters who interpret [explanations of doctors or other healthcare workers and] diseases, injuries or etc. [at clinics or hospitals].

A Volunteer Medical Interpreter of Tsukuba International Association(TIA) will help international residents of Tsukuba City, if they worry about speaking Japanese, when they go to see a doctor.

Charge: 1500yen for each visit.

Charge: Varies depending on the institution.

Please ask the medical staff for an interpreter.
