緊急事態宣言解除とステージ2移行についての市長コメント（2021年9月28日）

本日（9月28日）、政府より茨城県を含む19都道府県の緊急事態宣言について、9月30日をもって解除することが発表されました。緊急事態宣言が解除された10月1日以降、現在の対策は解除されますが、基本的な感染対策や会食時の感染対策等については、これまでと同様にご協力いただくことが呼びかけられました。

また、茨城版コロナNextの対策ステージも3から2に移行することが、昨日（9月27日）大井川知事が記者会見を行い発表されました。
今回の緊急事態宣言解除、ステージ2移行に至ることができたのは、市民の皆様、事業者の皆様のご協力のおかげです。皆様のご協力に厚く御礼申し上げます。一方で、ステージが緩和されても、感染リスクが0になるわけではありません。再び感染拡大することを防ぎながら社会・経済活動を活性化できるよう、これまで同様に適切な感染防止の徹底をお願いいたします。

Mayor’s comment regarding the lifting of the state of emergency declaration and shifting of COVID-19 response level to stage 2 (September 28, 2021)

At a press conference today (September 28),the national government announced that it would lift the state of emergency declaration for 19 prefectures including Ibaraki Prefecture on September 30. Although the current restrictions will be lifted on October 1 following the cancellation of the state of emergency, the government asked everyone to continue to follow the basic infection control measures, take precautions when eating and drinking with other people, and observe other preventative measures.

In addition, Ibaraki Governor Oigawa announced yesterday (September 27) that he would lower the Prefecture’s own COVID-19 response level from stage 3 to stage 2.
Owing to the cooperation given by our citizens and business operators, the state of emergency declaration was lifted and Ibaraki Prefectural COVID-19 response level was lowered to stage 2. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your cooperation. Meanwhile, the easing of stages does not mean that the risk of infection is reduced to zero. To prevent the spread of infection again and to revitalize socio-economic activities, we would like to ask you to continue to thoroughly observe the appropriate preventative measures.
