茨城県独自の緊急事態宣言の解除についての市長コメント（2021年2月22日）

本日、大井川知事が記者会見を行い、茨城県独自の緊急事態宣言を2月23日（火曜日）から解除することが発表されました。県の対応ステージも3から2に緩和されています。これに伴い、県内全域の外出自粛要請や、飲食店の営業時間短縮要請も解除されますが、引き続き会食時の感染症対策を徹底していただくとともに、「マスクなし」をなくす行動を心がけて頂きますようお願いします。

茨城県独自の緊急事態宣言の解除を受け、つくば市では2月23日（火曜日）から、以下のとおり対応します。

イベントの性質に応じて、収容定員の設定や適切な感染防止策を講じた上で判断し、実施します。
中止・延期となったイベント一覧など、イベントに関する情報は市のホームページに掲載しています。詳細はリンク先をご覧ください。

市の施設については、一部利用制限を伴う場合もありますが、すべて開館します。

部活動については、土日の練習も可能としますが、大会や練習試合、合宿等は引き続き中止とします。学校体育施設開放事業は、再開します。

今回の解除に至りましたのは市民や事業者の皆様の大変なご苦労とご負担のおかげです。皆様のご協力に厚く御礼申し上げます。

県独自の緊急事態宣言が解除となって以降も感染のリスクは残ります。本日はつくば市での陽性発表はありませんでしたが、県内では14名の感染が判明しています。ここで気を緩めず、引き続き手洗い、マスク着用を含む咳エチケット、3密を避けるなど感染防止の徹底をお願いします。

Comment from the Mayor Regarding the Lifting of Ibaraki Prefecture’s Own State of Emergency (February 22, 2021)

Provisional Translation

At a press conference today, Ibaraki Governor Oigawa announced that he would be lifting the Prefectural State of Emergency from Tuesday February 23. The Prefecture’s COVID-19 response level was also lowered from Stage 3 to Stage 2. This will result in the lifting of requests to the entire Prefecture to avoid non-essential travel, and to all restaurants and bars to shorten service hours. However, please continue to thoroughly observe preventative measures to stop the spread of infection when eating with other people, as well as wearing face masks where possible.

In response to the lifting of the Ibaraki Prefecture’s Own State of Emergency, Tsukuba City will take the following measures from February 23 (Tue).

Events co-organized by the City

The City will make decisions on setting capacity limits according to the types of events, and then hold the events after taking appropriate measures to stop the spread of infection.

Public Facilities

All City-owned facilities will be open, though some facilities may be subject to restrictions.

Response for Schools

Club activities will be allowed on Saturdays and Sundays, but school sports events, games, matches, training camps, etc. will remain cancelled. School sports facilities will reopen for external activities.

Although the Prefectural State of Emergency is lifted, the risk of infection still remains. In Tsukuba City, there were no positive cases today, but in Ibaraki Prefecture 14 people tested positive. I would like to ask all residents to remain cautious and to thoroughly observe preventative measures to stop the spread of infection including washing hands frequently, observing “coughing manners” such as wearing face masks, and avoiding the “Three Cs” - which are closed spaces, crowded places and close-contact settings.
