• Eligibility:
  1. Foreign students, teachers and researchers at Universities of Tsukuba, and their family members.
  2. Foreign students, teachers and researchers from universities other than the University of Tsukuba who live in or near Tsukuba City, and their family members. 
  3. Members of Research Institutes in Tsukuba City, and their family members.
