Guide to Special Cash Payments(外国人の皆さまへ)
Have you applied for Special Cash Payment?
The application deadline for the Special Cash Payment of Tsukuba City is August 18, 2020 (as indicated by the postmark on the envelope.)
If you have not completed the application, please be aware of the deadline and apply as soon as possible.
If you have not received an application form or have lost it:
We will reissue an application form if you moved out of Tsukuba City after the base date (April 27, 2020) or if you were unable to receive the application form due to business trip, hospitalization, or temporarily being away from home (for example, you were staying with your parents to give birth).
As a general rule, the head of the household (applicant/beneficiary) should call the Special Cash Payment Office, or apply using the contact form on the City's website.

Required information: (1) Name of head of household (2) Date of birth of head of household (3) Address registered on certificate of residence (4) Address to which an application form should be sent (no need to fill in this information, if it is the same as item 3.) (5) Telephone number
